Who sells<\/h2>\n<p>Sales on kende.design are made by <strong>KENDE.DESIGN di Achille Soardi<\/strong>, registered address Via Sirmioncino 9, 25019 Sirmione (BS), Italy, VAT no. IT04791990981, email <a href=\"mailto:x@kende.design\">x@kende.design<\/a>, certified email (PEC) achille.soardi@mypec.eu, phone +39 329 549 9764.<\/p>\n\n<h2>2. Who these terms apply to<\/h2>\n<p>These terms govern every purchase made on the site. If you buy as a <strong>consumer<\/strong>, that is, for purposes outside your trade or profession, you also have all the rights granted by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206\/2005), which these terms do not limit in any way.<\/p>\n\n<h2>3. The artworks<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Original artworks:<\/strong> unique pieces made by hand. Photos and colours on the site are as faithful as possible, but your screen may show them slightly differently. Sizes are given as width \u00d7 height. Small irregularities due to the handmade technique are part of the artwork, not defects.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fine art prints:<\/strong> gicl\u00e9e print on Hahnem\u00fchle Photo Rag 308 g\/m\u00b2 paper, in a limited and numbered edition, hand-signed and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Books and sketchbooks:<\/strong> with the features described on each product page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Original artworks are sold on request, through the page <a href=\"\/en\/contact-me\/\">Contacts<\/a>: in that case the sale is completed by email and the same terms apply.<\/p>\n<p>Since an original exists in a single copy, if two people buy it at the same time, the order paid first prevails. The other buyer receives a full refund within 14 days.<\/p>\n\n<h2>4. Prices<\/h2>\n<p>Prices are in euros and are <strong>final prices<\/strong>. VAT is not charged because the seller operates under the Italian flat-rate tax scheme (art. 1, paragraphs 54\u201389, Law 190\/2014). Shipping costs are shown before you confirm the order.<\/p>\n\n<h2>5. How the contract is concluded<\/h2>\n<p>The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation email, which summarises what you bought, the price, the costs and these terms. We recommend that you keep it.<\/p>\n\n<h2>6. Payment<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Credit or debit card<\/strong>, including Link, via Stripe. Your card details never pass through our site.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bank transfer:<\/strong> the artwork is reserved for 5 working days. If payment does not arrive within that time, the order is cancelled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You receive a tax document for every sale.<\/p>\n\n<h2>7. Shipping and delivery<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Prints:<\/strong> prepared and shipped within 7 working days. Cost: \u20ac3 standard \/ \u20ac5 express in Italy, \u20ac25 standard \/ \u20ac50 express outside Italy.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Original artworks:<\/strong> shipped within 10 working days of payment, with professional packaging. Cost within Italy: from \u20ac150 for sizes up to about 100 \u00d7 100 cm, from \u20ac200 to \u20ac300 for sizes up to about 200 \u00d7 200 cm. The exact amount and shipping outside Italy are stated in the quote before purchase.<\/li>\n<li>Delivery takes place within 30 days of the order in any case. If this is not possible, we will let you know and you can choose to cancel the order with a full refund.<\/li>\n<li>The risk of loss or damage passes to you only upon delivery.<\/li>\n<li>On delivery, check the packaging. If it is damaged, accept the parcel \"with reservation\" in front of the courier and write to us within 7 days, with a few photos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>8. Right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>You have 14 days to change your mind. To withdraw you can use the form <a href=\"\/en\/recedi-dal-contratto\/\">Withdraw from the contract here<\/a>. All the conditions are on the page <a href=\"\/en\/recesso-e-resi\/\">Withdrawal and returns<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2>9. Legal guarantee<\/h2>\n<p>As a consumer you have the legal guarantee of conformity for <strong>24 months<\/strong> from delivery (art. 128 and following of the Italian Consumer Code). Any defect must be reported within 2 months of discovering it, by writing to <a href=\"mailto:x@kende.design\">x@kende.design<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2>10. Copyright<\/h2>\n<p>With your purchase you become the owner of the physical artwork. Copyright remains with the artist (Italian Law 633\/1941): the artwork may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without written permission.<\/p>\n\n<h2>11. Commissioned works<\/h2>\n<p>The <a href=\"\/en\/opere-su-commissione\/\">commissioned works<\/a> are governed by a written quote, agreed case by case. Since they are made to your specifications, they are excluded from the right of withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n<h2>12. Privacy<\/h2>\n<p>Personal data is processed as described in the <a href=\"\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n<h2>13. Complaints, governing law and jurisdiction<\/h2>\n<p>For any complaint write to <a href=\"mailto:x@kende.design\">x@kende.design<\/a>: we reply within 7 days. The contract is governed by Italian law.
