You have 14 days to change your mind<\/h2>\n

If you buy as a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the day you receive the artwork<\/strong>, without giving any reason.<\/p>\n\n

How to do it<\/h2>\n

The easiest way is the form Withdraw from the contract here<\/strong><\/a>: all it takes is your name, email and order number, and you immediately receive an email receipt with the date and time.<\/p>\n

If you prefer, you can also write to x@kende.design<\/a> (or to our certified email achille.soardi@mypec.eu) stating your order number and your decision to withdraw, using the form at the bottom of this page if you like.<\/p>\n\n

How to return the artwork<\/h2>\n
    \n
  • Send the artwork back within 14 days<\/strong> of your notice, to: KENDE.DESIGN di Achille Soardi, Via Sirmioncino 9, 25019 Sirmione (BS), Italy.<\/li>\n
  • The artwork must come back intact<\/strong>, well packed (in the original packaging if possible) and with the certificate of authenticity<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Return costs are paid by you.<\/strong> For prints this is a normal shipment. Large original artworks, however, cannot travel in a normal parcel and need dedicated transport, so the cost of returning them may be high: within Italy, as a guide, from \u20ac150 to \u20ac300<\/strong> (about \u20ac150 for sizes up to 100 \u00d7 100 cm, up to \u20ac300 for sizes up to 200 \u00d7 200 cm). This is an estimate: the actual cost depends on where the artwork is, the pick-up and delivery times, the support and the weight. Write to us before shipping: we will help you arrange the pick-up in the most convenient way and confirm the exact cost.<\/li>\n
  • You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling the artwork beyond what is necessary to examine it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    The refund<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • We refund you within 14 days<\/strong> from the day we receive your notice, including standard delivery costs. If you chose express shipping, the difference in cost is not refundable.<\/li>\n
    • The refund is made with the same payment method you used, at no cost to you.<\/li>\n
    • We may wait until we receive the artwork, or proof that you have sent it, before making the refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      When withdrawal does not apply<\/h2>\n

      Withdrawal does not apply to commissioned works<\/strong> or works made to your specifications (art. 59(c), Italian Consumer Code).<\/p>\n\n

      Artwork arrived damaged or different from the order<\/h2>\n

      This is not a withdrawal but a guarantee case. Write to us within 7 days of delivery with a few photos: replacement, repair or refund are at our expense<\/strong>, costs included.<\/p>\n\n
