        Data transfer and storage<\/strong><\/h2>\n

        Personal data collected via kende.design is stored on servers located in the European Union (Amsterdam, Netherlands), provided by Namecheap Inc., within the European Economic Area (EEA). Personal data collected via kende.design is stored on servers located in the United States (Phoenix, Arizona), provided by Namecheap Inc. Transfers outside the European Economic Area take place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission and\/or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, pursuant to Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR. Some third-party services used by the site \u2013 for example, payment providers, analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), external fonts or resources, and the PrivateEmail (Namecheap) email service \u2013 may involve the processing or transfer of personal data to non-EEA countries, particularly the United States. In such cases, transfers are exclusively to entities that ensure an adequate level of protection, based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission or through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).<\/p>\n

        All suppliers processing personal data on behalf of the Controller are appointed as Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 (GDPR).<\/p>\n

        How long we keep your data for<\/strong><\/h2>\n

        We retain your personal data for a limited period of time, which varies depending on the type of activity involving the processing of your personal data. Once this period has expired, your data will be permanently deleted or otherwise irreversibly anonymised. Your personal data are retained in compliance with the terms and criteria specified below:<\/p>\n

        3. Payment-related data: up to the certification of payment and the completion of the related administrative and accounting formalities following the expiry of the right of withdrawal and the terms applied for contesting the payment;<\/li>\n
        4. Information connected to user requests to our Customer Service: information useful for assisting you will be retained until your request is satisfied.;<\/li>\n
        5. Data used for commercial communication activities towards users registered for the newsletter: this data is retained until the service ceases or until the user exercises their right to object by unsubscribing.;<\/li>\n
        6. Data used for carrying out market research and satisfaction surveys: until the User requests the cessation of processing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          In any event, for technical reasons, the cessation of processing and the subsequent definitive deletion or irreversible anonymisation of the relevant personal data will be final within thirty days of the above-mentioned deadlines.<\/p>\n
