Still Got Love For The Streets n.2<\/em> \u00e8 un quadrato di un metro per lato, tecnica mista su tela, 2010. Dopo la riga stretta della n.1<\/a> la superficie si apre in tutte le direzioni e si riempie.<\/p>\n

Still got Love for the Streets n.2: un muro di manifesti<\/h2>\n

A sinistra affiora un manifesto giallo strappato, con lettere nere che non si leggono pi\u00f9 per intero. Sopra passano le tags rosse, colature bianche, pennellate blu e viola. A destra una firma nera, tagliata da linee orizzontali, chiude la composizione. Dal basso sale un arco ocra che tiene insieme tutto.<\/p>\n

Strati che non si cancellano<\/h3>\n

Sui muri di citt\u00e0 niente viene tolto davvero. Un manifesto si incolla sopra l\u2019altro, una scritta copre quella di prima, la pioggia scioglie la carta e ne lascia i bordi. Ho lavorato la tela allo stesso modo, per sovrapposizioni, senza cercare un centro.<\/p>\n

Il formato quadrato asseconda questa scelta. Nessun lato prevale sull\u2019altro e l\u2019occhio non trova un punto d\u2019arrivo: gira, torna indietro, scopre ogni volta un frammento diverso.<\/p>\n

Il manifesto giallo<\/h3>\n

Lo sguardo parte dal manifesto giallo. Le lettere nere stampate sono tagliate dallo strappo e coperte dalle tags rosse: resta una parola a met\u00e0, che non si riesce a completare. \u00c8 la condizione normale di un muro di citt\u00e0. Frasi interrotte, messaggi che si sovrappongono, nessuno che arriva intero.<\/p>\n

Intorno al manifesto tutto il resto si muove: le tags rosse lo attraversano, le colature bianche scendono dall\u2019alto, l\u2019arco ocra lo sfiora dal basso. Il manifesto resta fermo, come l\u2019unica cosa incollata davvero.<\/p>\n

L\u2019opera \u00e8 in collezione privata a Londra e non ne esistono stampe. Le altre original works<\/a> sono nella galleria.<\/p>\n
